Bookings and payments

  • Bookings are made through this site on a "reserve now, pay later" basis: nothing is charged online; payment is arranged in person or by transfer once the booking is confirmed.
  • Every booking remains pending until we confirm it by email.
  • Bookings require at least 12 hours notice.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel online with your booking code up to 12 hours before departure.
  • For later changes, contact us on WhatsApp at +1 829-642-4035.
  • We may reschedule or cancel departures due to weather or safety conditions; in that case we will offer you a new date.

Requirements and safety

  • Participants must disclose any relevant medical condition before diving and follow the instructor's directions at all times.
  • Some activities require a valid diving certification; beginner dives are conducted with professional instruction and supervision.
  • We reserve the right to deny participation when safety is at risk (including alcohol consumption before the activity).

Liability

Scuba diving carries inherent risks. We operate to the highest safety standards with certified staff; the industry-standard liability release will be signed before each activity.
