At Private Dive Service ("we") we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through privatediveservice.com.do, how we use it and what your rights are.

Data we collect

• Booking data: first and last name, email, phone, nationality, preferred language, party size and any notes you send. These are required to manage your booking.
• Account data (optional): if you create an account or sign in with Google, we store your name, email and Google avatar.
• Contact messages: name, email, phone and your message, along with your IP address for abuse prevention.
• Technical data: session cookies required for the site to work (we do not use advertising cookies).

How we use your data

• To manage and confirm your bookings and communicate with you about them.
• To answer your contact inquiries.
• To meet legal and dive-operation safety obligations.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes. We use technical providers (hosting, email, Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-bot protection and Google for sign-in) that process data on our behalf.

Public calendar

Our availability calendar never displays personal data: occupied slots appear only as "Reserved".

Retention and your rights

We keep booking data for as long as needed for business operation and tax obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +1 829-642-4035.
